Competitions Every Wednesday

Each player will play one game on a minimum of 7 machines each week and will be ranked as per the score on each machine, e.g. if 20 players participate the highest scoring player gets 20 points, second highest 19 etc. The points of all machines played on all Wednesdays are totalled and the top 8 players will qualify to compete in the Pinball HQ Masters Final the last Thursday of the month.

 

Winner of The Month

The winner of the month is determined by accumulated  points gained at the Pinball HQ Tournaments run every Wednesday. There are prizes for the winner and also for the second and the third place each month. The top 8 players qualify to compete in the Pinball HQ Masters final on the last Thursday of the month.

 

Pinball HQ - Female Division

All players participate in same tournaments and have the chance to win the main prize of the month however a separate ranking is kept for female players and an additional prize is given out to the best female player of the month.

 

Pinball HQ Masters

Top 8 players each month compete in the Pinball HQ Masters Final. Three rounds are played. Each round consists of three 4 player games game with 4,2,1,0 scoring. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Round 1

Qualifying Round: (players 1,2,3,4) play three 4 player games, top two proceed to ROUND 3, the bottom two proceed to ROUND 2 

Elimination Round: (players 5,6,7,8) play three  4 player games, top two proceed to ROUND 2, bottom 2 are eliminated 

 

Round 2

Semi Final: play three 4 player games, top two proceed to the ROUND 3, bottom 2 are eliminated

 

Round 3

Final: play three 4 player games, player 1 and 2 from Qualifying round and players 1 and 2 from Semi Final.

 

WIN PINBALL AT THE Pinball HQ Grand Final

Starting from the first Wednesday in January this year, we'll keep the tally of the points accumulated by each player throughout the year at the regular Wednesday tournaments. The top 16 players at the end of the year will qualify to compete in the Pinball HQ Grand Final for their chance to win a pinball machine. It was The Walking Dead pinball machine last year given  away as the Grand Final prize. We'll be not buying a brand new machine this year as a prize but we'll be looking at getting a great title and in great condition!

 

IFPA - World Pinball Player Ranking

 

The Pinball HQ Tournaments are endorsed by the International Flipper Pinball Association (IFPA). All players participating in the regular Wednesday tournaments will receive their Australian and the World Pinball Player Ranking.
